Foundation Victoria offers technology of creating amazing stained glass windows with ready stained glass kits. Combined use of stained glass films and lead tapes stood the test of compliance with the current safety requirements of ultraviolet radiation.
Under the influence of the ambient temperature dry ice bypasses the liquid state and immediately turns into gas. It does not smell and it is tasteless, non-flammable, non-conductive and colorless.
Foundation Victoria offers a new project in the field of distant learning of foreign languages implemented by the International Language School of Distance Learning ILES based on the use of modern means of communication.

Dry Ice Cleaning is a form of non-abrasive blasting, where dry ice, the solid form of carbon dioxide is accelerated in a pressurized air stream and directed at a surface in order to clean it.
Foundation of knowledge and technologies for small and medium business „Victoria“ is a platform that enables the international exchange of technologies, know-how and information among companies, research institutions, industry associations therefore increasing their international competitiveness.
The Foundation transfers existing business models and services to Russia from abroad creating an adapted business package in order to set up new SME or to increase existing SME's portfolio.
To achieve this goal the Foundation:
- Searches for and brings successfully working technologies from abroad to Russia;
- analyzes technological and economic conditions for introducing new technologies into the Russian enterprises with the assistance of the Expert Council (гиперссылка на соответствующую страницу);
- adapts these technologies to the Russian conditions in cooperation with partner enterprises;
- trains in new technologies, renders consulting services on implementation and use of new technologies with the help of both the Russian and foreign experts;
- creates an adapted business package for technology transfer to set up a new SME or to increase existing SME’s portfolio that can be reproduced throughout Russia.
The Foundation has a close collaboration with the Kaliningrad-based State Technical University in the sphere of commercialization of technologies. The University and the Foundation are co-founders of several so-called “small innovation enterprises” (start-ups).
