Participants signed an international agreement on cooperation and partnership for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
13-15 March the partners of project IRIS participated in a brainstorming session where new instruments of high quality deal flow were developed.

Project "Business in Małopolska - Partnership Network" has been concluded on 31 December 2015. The project was co-financed by the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, Priority Axis 8 Interregional Cooperation, Measure 8.2 "Building the position of Małopolska in European Cooperation Networks." The aim of the project was to build the position of Małopolska in terms of its economic offer in partner countries and regions by many activities, e.g. establishing a network of economic representative offices. The project was implemented by the Małopolska Regional Development Agency, Małopolska Region, Knowledge and Technologies Foundation for SME "Viktoria" from Kaliningrad, the Baltic International Academy (BIA) in Riga and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lvov.
Knowledge and Technologies Foundation for Small and Medium Business “Viktoria” arranged the visit of Belorussian business delegation led by the Vice-Governor of the Grodno Region Mr. Yuriy Shuleiko to Kaliningrad.

24-27 November ten Kaliningrad SMEs visited Almaty, one of the biggest cities and the former capital of Kazakhstan during the multi-sector trade mission organized by Viktoria Foundation and supported by the Kaliningrad Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Assistance, Trade Representative of Russia in Kazakhstan and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan ATAMEKEN in Almaty. The aim of the visit was to promote Kaliningrad export to Kazakhstan.
In the course of the trade mission of Kaliningrad business companies to regions of Grodno and Lida (Belorussia) the parties agreed to intensify cooperation in furniture production branch.
Knowledge and Technologies Foundation for SMEs “Viktoria” has successfully completed a three-day trade mission to Azerbaijan to explore and expand trade and business opportunities with local enterprises and businesses support institutions. Seven Kaliningrad small and medium companies participated in the mission.

LBT regime also prompted cooperation of the Russian and Polish municipalities of border areas in cultural, humanitarian and social spheres. Along with positive assessments of the results of LBT regime being in action, Oleg Matukevich dwelt on some problems in the visa-free border crossing between the two countries.
In the beginning of June Metal Processing Cluster of north-eastern Poland initiated concluding the agreement with Viktoria Foundation.
On the 29th of May the President of Foundation “Viktoria” Oleg Matukevich met with the heads of Directorate «Kaliningrad 2018» and Agency of preparation FIFA World Cup 2018 in the Kaliningrad Region Mr. Yuriy Matochkin and Mr. Sergey Mayorov.
On May 28 in Svetlogorsk the Fund of knowledge and technologies for small and medium-sized businesses "Victoria" in collaboration with the Coordination Center for support of export-oriented small and medium enterprises in the Kaliningrad region held a round table on the theme: "The Kaliningrad region as a platform for exchange of efficient technologies in small, micro-businesses and self-employment".
From 22 to 24 May the Kaliningrad companies – manufacturers of souvenir goods took part in the International Fair Gift Show Poland - 2015 in Warsaw. During the exhibition, the Fund "Victoria" has organized a collective stand where Kaliningrad companies participants presented their bright and unique products to the visitors of the Fair.
On the 22nd of May the Foundation Viktoria`s management met with the Trade Representative of Russia in the Republic of Poland Mr. Vladimir Nefedov.
